Ovogodišnje 77. izdanje Cannes Film Festivala održava se od 14. do 25. maja, a u Takmičarskom programu će se naći novi filmovi Yórogsa Lánthimosa, Davida Cronenberga, Paula Schradera i Paola Sorrentina.

Direktor Festivala Thierry Frémaux na pres konferenciji je objavio oficijelnu selekciju, kao i ostale programe, dok je već od ranije poznato da će se izvan konkurencije prikazati filmovi Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga Georgea Millera i Horizon: An American Saga Kevina Costnera.
